He founded NetSource in 1998, when "IT" was still a new word in Ticino. Since then he has guided the company through decades of change, holding firm on quality and things that last.

Not a desk person: you will still find him at client sites when there is something difficult to resolve. He believes that leading a technical team requires knowing the craft inside out.

On-premises AI Automation Networks Development

At 11 he persuaded his parents to buy him his first computer — between Minecraft and tinkering, he learned to program and sharpened his English along the way. From there, a passion for networks and security.

Apprenticeship as a civil engineering draughtsman, then high school and SUPSI in Viganello. Two years learning the trade alongside Leonardo before becoming an official partner in 2026.

Today he builds programs that handle repetitive work for staff — they run on the company's own computers, not somewhere out in the world — and keeps client systems in good health. He also handles cybersecurity: data stays protected, access stays under control.
