InfoTime

From quote to QR invoice, in a single program.

InfoTime is our business software: customers, quotes and orders, invoices with the Swiss QR code, stock, hours and purchasing. We write it and we look after it: if you're missing a feature or have a question, you talk to us directly.

The program

Six office jobs, in the same program.

  1. Every customer has their own record.

    Contacts, orders, open invoices and colleagues' notes are all in one place. You find the record with a search, and the name and address go into documents without retyping them.

  2. The invoice comes from the order.

    The accepted quote becomes an order, then a delivery note, then an invoice: the lines carry over from one document to the next without typing them again.

  3. The Swiss payment part is already at the bottom of the invoice.

    The program adds the QR code, QR-IBAN and reference: the invoice is ready to print.

  4. Stock levels update themselves.

    Items, batches and minimum stock: every delivery and every purchase moves the stock, and the inventory doesn't live in a separate Excel sheet.

  5. Hours worked become invoice lines.

    Hours are logged by customer, project and activity; the billable ones go onto the invoice with one click.

  6. From the supplier order to the supplier's invoice.

    You order, receive the goods and check the supplier's invoice in the same program: stock and accounts stay in line.

The editions

One edition in use, one on the way.

The 2019 edition is the one our customers have installed, and we look after it: hours, customers, invoices, services, purchasing, QR payments and statistics.

We are writing the 2026 edition now: it will also work in the browser, connect to other programs and include AI, if you want it. When it's ready, we'll do the upgrade with you.

Every installation is different: how many workstations, which parts of the program, and whether InfoTime runs on your server, meaning the central computer in your office, or with us. We give you the price once we know what you need.
