Customer records

One card per customer: contacts, order history, open deadlines and team notes. Searchable, no duplicates.

Sales and orders

Quotes, orders, confirmations and delivery notes in a continuous flow. The invoice is born from the order: no double entry, no transcription errors.

Swiss QR invoicing

QR-bill compliant with Swiss Payment Standards 2.0, with structured reference and IBAN QR. Italian business software doesn't speak Swiss — ours does.

Inventory and stock

Items, lots, minimum stock levels and movements in real time. Physical stock-take reconciled quickly, no parallel Excel sheet.

Time tracking and service

Hours worked per customer, project, activity. What was done is re-billed on open work orders in one click.

Purchases and suppliers

Purchase orders, goods receipt, supplier invoice control. Reconciled with inventory and accounting.
